The residents are treated with love and respect; they are encouraged to participate in activities: puzzling, bingo, matching, beach ball toss. They are fed exceptionally well (almost to the point of pampering). The facility is clean, kept well, and thd staff makes it feel like "home."

Healing Haven Homes DeSoto was truly an answered prayer. For weeks, I prayed for guidance to find the right place at the right time—and I believe God led me straight here. From the very beginning, the owner provided such comfort and reassurance, making it clear my loved one would be in good hands. And they absolutely were. The level of care and attention is beyond anything I could have hoped for. The atmosphere is warm, the home-cooked meals are nourishing, and the environment truly feels like one big family. The owners and staff take pride in caring for the residents. When we came to the DeSoto location about 15 months ago the atmosphere was that of family. To date that feeling still remains. I appreciate the attention to detail and promptness of taking care of things around the property.

My parents have been at HHH for a little over a month now, and I’m incredibly satisfied with their care. This is their 3rd facility in a year, and I finally have peace of mind that they’re getting good care. The caregivers are attentive and patient, and the nurse is highly skilled and communicates well with me and hospice. The owners are involved and send photos and videos when I’m unable to visit. And the meals, wow, Always delicious and exactly what my parents like and need. I’m so grateful for this facility, and it feels like a family. I’m able to take a day or two away from being up there and don’t have anxiety about it. I know they’re in good hands, and I’m grateful for it.
