One staff member at the front desk was very unkind instantly creating a bad atmosphere very aggressive tone it honestly really hurt my feelings on top of that it took almost a week for my referral to come through after my initial broken bone and er visit

My four year old broke his collarbone Sunday evening and I was in a panic until today (Tuesday). Mallory at Dr. cox office was so incredibly kind and patient with me. She got me answers right away and put my mind at ease. Very thankful for her kindness.
