HeartFields at Cary

My parents moved in about a year ago. The staff is wonderful! I love the new director, Diane Beckett! China Yates is also amazing as well as the nursing staff! The transition is never easy but Heartfields is excellent in knowing how to handle this phase of life. I wouldn’t want my parents anywhere else! My parents love the food. The holiday gatherings that involved us family members were extremely well done and so meaningful. This place is top notch!

I am impressed by Heartfields every time I visit. The community is always clean and staff members are very welcoming. I often see residents engaged in stimulating activities like morning exercise or musical programs. One of the things that stands out most is the stability of the care team. Heartfields has one of the most tenured Health and Wellness Directors in the area (I think China has been there around 15 years), which is such a benefit for residents and families to be able to depend on a consistent, dedicated care partner. Laura is wonderful to work with! She’s responsive, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to make sure new residents needs will be well taken care of. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about the people who live here and I would absolutely recommend Heartfields to anyone looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care.

Heartfields has been a huge blessing to our family. We moved 96 year old mom there in June. We love that It’s small compared to most local assisted living places in Cary. We have gotten to know most of the staff on a personal level. They are always willing to help with personal requests. This can be challenging with a 96 year old who is very “particular” about having things done her way and often changes her mind the next day. 🥰 They had a family Thanksgiving dinner on Tuesday. Everything was beautifully decorated and the food was excellent! All homemade! Chef Rick takes great pride in his job and knows each the residents needs and wants and does his best to accommodate everyone.

After visiting various different assisted living facilities my mom chose Heartfields in Cary . Heartfields offers a great facility . Upon arrival we were greeted by the what seemed was the entire staff in the lobby . Each staff member taking their time to introduce themselves and their responsibilities. That was awesome . Chef Rick made himself available during our visits and upon our arrival to ensure that mom would be happy with the food . Honestly the food has been great . The staff of Dianne and Kaylee have been excellent in addressing any and all of our families concerns . Chyna has been meticulous in making sure all of mom’s medicines have been taken care of . The staff is extra attentative and the residents are very friendly .Jessie was also super helpful in getting mom placed here at Heartfields . Mom is happy here …. Thank you Heartfields …

Had a wonderful thanksgiving lunch at HeartFields at Cary. Staff did a great job. Food was delicious! Thank you for including the family!!!
