Heartfields at Fredericksburg

We had a great experience here with Elisha, Vikki, and all of the wonderful staff. Chef Ola made us a fabulous meal and offered us anything we would like to eat. He was incredible too. It was a clean, cozy, warm, and friendly environment. We felt welcome and I know that if my parents choose to go to assisted living this would be an excellent choice!

I cannot say enough good about Charter Senior Living of Fredericksburg. The staff is warm, kind, and attentive, and the community feels cozy and clean. They offer great activities, food, and personalized care that keeps residents happy. They patiently answered all our questions and supported our out-of-state family. After touring other places, we chose Charter for its location and amazing care. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a caring, homey place for their loved one!

Throughout the last 2 months of visiting Charter, I have had an incredible experience with the staff. From the facility managers to the nurses, everyone is kind and truly cares about their patients! I would highly recommend this facility to all.

Charter was our first tour of many, and Janel made us feel so comfortable, safe, and welcome. She was able to provide answers to all of our questions, eased our concerns and even provided answers to questions we had no idea we needed to ask. She provided us with such a good impression that even after all our tours around the area we felt confident and comfortable allowing Charter to welcome our parents into their loving care. Janel was even able to help us with temporary furnishings while we moved our parents in from NC. Janel and the Charter family welcomed us with open arms and continue to provide exceptional care to all residents. I feel very happy and confident knowing my parents are being helped during this stage of life. Thank you Janel and Charter!
