We were able to visit and tour the facility yesterday (11/2/23), looking for a place for our Dad. The facility was extremely nice and the residents all appeared to be happy and well taken care of. Patty was very helpful and pleasant to meet with, unfortunately due to Medicaid the facility wasn't a fit for our Dad. Thanks again Patty for your kindness and help accordingly to our needs. Their in house staff, especially first shift are horrible. And the kitchen lady talks about the residents and staff and starts drama in front of the residents. Nobody wants to be an environment like that.
