The nurses are bullies. They act above any other staff, residents, and families and some of the nurse assistants are just plain rude and disrespectful. This isn’t assisted living this is a nursing home just an excuse to get less pay for the staff here. Do better. If you have loved ones please don’t send them here. Hire nicer nurses ones that aren’t rude to family, staff, and patients. The night assistants are the worst so if you want your family to be cared for at night think again. They also told me there was nothing they can do about not having a nurse at night. Unprofessional. Do better be nicer don’t send your people here.

Hearth and Home has been a very positive experience for my Mom. It has a "homey" feel. The staff is extremely friendly and loves her. Management treats Mom as if she's her own mother. And I've seen the whole staff show care and respect for all the residents.

Start off by saying I’ve been in a lot of Care Centers in Dayton, Springfield, Beavercreek and Woodstock. And honestly this is one of the best well kept and friendliest Care Centers I’ve ever been in. The rooms are spotless and a very home like setting and the level of care is amazing. The staff is very helpful and actually cares about this residents. If my parents ever needed to be cared for this is the place. And the food is Home cooked and always smells so good they have it all. Also always some activities going on to socialize with the residents. This place is very impressive other Care Centers need to come and take note of how to Care for someone’s loved one. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’re very pleased with the facility and the staff. Everyone is so kind and caring. The setting is very cozy and homey. The staff are kind and professional. The home-cooked meals are fantastic. Everything is flexible.

Had a tour of the facility set up through a place for mom. Toured the facility and then, Rose, the director of the facility went to evaluate my father to see if he was good fit for their facility. Spoke to her once and then I was completely forgotten about. Left multiple messages and never got a return call. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.
