Our family has had a wonderful experience with StoryPoint’s Memory Care. The staff has been incredibly compassionate, professional, and attentive while working with our Grammy, and it truly shows how much they care about their residents. Craig (Executive Director) sets a positive and supportive tone for the entire community. Jasmine (Property Manager) is always helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Jessica (Activities Director) does an amazing job creating engaging, meaningful activities that bring joy and connection to the residents. Tiffany (DON) is outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and deeply committed to the health and well-being of everyone in her care. What we appreciate most is how willing the team is to work closely with our family and meet Grammy where she is, with patience, dignity, and respect. Knowing she is in such capable and caring hands gives us great peace of mind. We highly recommend StoryPoint Memory Care to any family looking for a supportive and compassionate environment for their loved one.

When I first moved my grandmother into the memory care unit at StoryPoint of Granger, the environment felt warm, supportive, and truly family-oriented. Unfortunately, everything changed after the new Executive Director, Craig Clemens, took over. Since his arrival, the atmosphere has gone downhill significantly. What was once compassionate and resident-focused now feels cold, aggressive, and driven purely by business priorities rather than genuine care for vulnerable residents. His demeanor is dismissive and confrontational, and it is painfully clear that empathy and compassion are not his priorities. Memory care is not just another business, these are people’s parents and grandparents who deserve dignity, patience, and heartfelt care. Leadership in this industry requires passion, understanding, and respect for families. Sadly, that is not what is being demonstrated here. The change in leadership has completely altered the culture of this facility, and not for the better. I would like to note that I am extremely thankful for the other staff members who give this place hope and the commitment to a better future.

One of the best places I had the pleasure of sending my love one ! I highly recommend this facility. Most places are short staff and not a lot of activities for residents, this is amazing place for your love one , staff are amazing , as well as management along with the great activities they have daily for a residence. Very glad I chose story point.

My dad just moved into StoryPoint in the memory care unit a few weeks ago. It is a beautiful, lots of natural lighting, clean open concept facility. StoryPoint has wonderful, kind and super friendly staff who engage with all the residents and communicate regularly with families. Food is great too! Lots of activities for the residents to participate and enjoy. Friends and families are encourage to visit. My dad’s apartment/room is warm and inviting with a nice amount of space with a nice view. Story Point definitely changed my perspective on senior living and memory care. It makes my brother and I feel comfortable and confident about placing our dad in this facility for his long-term care.
