I have the honor to work with the team at Independence Village of Avon. The care the team here provides is exceptional and very attentive. The residents are well cared for and theres always engaging fun activities for them to enjoy. They have the best chef and the meals are highly rated among the residents. Its a beautiful building. I highly recommend this community.

I toured this facility and was impressed by the programming and warmth when walking the halls. The food was amazing. My observations of the residents and staff is an exemplary of a positive work culture and a great placement for an elder in my family.

My grandma moved to Independence Village in May and we cannot believe how much her quality of life has improved! I live in Florida and because I don’t see her every day, her decline earlier this year was very noticeable to me. My family in Indy handled most of the logistics moving her, and they said it was a pretty seamless process. We are just so surprised and impressed by how much she has IMPROVED since moving!! Thank you to all the wonderful staff in this facility- they really take care of their people! The facility is so clean and beautifully decorated for fall!

I wish the room was larger, but overall, the community was nice. My biggest concern for my Mother is lighting. She needs bright lighting. The environment was well lit & open. I have not yet been given the price

The facility is clean, well-organized, and offers a variety of activities that keep residents engaged and happy. A special mention goes to the Executive Director, Romeo. Her leadership, kindness, and dedication shine through in everything he does. She takes the time to connect personally with residents and families, making sure everyone’s needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Romeo’s positive energy and genuine care create a strong sense of trust and confidence in the community. I highly recommend Independent Village to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be valued, respected, and truly cared for.
