I want to warn families to be cautious about this facility’s admissions process. Several residents where my father in law currently lives (including my father-in-law) were told by the move-in coordinator, Misha, that they could move in for only $700 a month and keep the rest of their Social Security because the rest would be “subsidized.” This is simply not true. When we called the facility ourselves, we were told directly that it was not the case. This misleading information has caused a lot of conflict and confusion for our family, as my father-in-law was convinced it was true. To make matters worse, Misha promised to speak with him directly and clear up the misinformation but failed to follow through—she never showed up for our Saturday meeting or called as planned and promised by her. Families should not have to battle their loved ones because of false promises made by staff. Elderly residents deserve honesty and transparency, not deception. Do not trust what is being told at face value—double-check everything, because this facility has not been upfront or reliable.

I have lived here in Assisted Living since October. The staff is wonderful, always caring, treating you like family. I have made many friends! This is my home and I love it here! 🩷

My mom had lived there for a long time, When she had come to need more help, they would take her down to the game rooms and help her when she needed it. Bringing food to her. In her room. When she left us. They checked on her frequently. Helped make us feel comfortable. So many came in to say goodbye. And sent, a sympathy letter. She loved being there and all the people. Thank you so much for helping us through the process.

The team at Grand Victorian of Greenwood is amazing! From Misha, to Thomas, to Veronica, everyone is incredibly kind and inviting! They recently had renovations on their building and it is Beautiful! The Grand Victorian of fairly new. They have made a lot of improvements and updates since I have been here. When you walk in it is bright and cheery. Everyone is here to help in any way. The staff treats the residents like family. There is a lot for the residents to do during the day to stay active. The meals are delicious with lots of options. In my opinion it is a great place to live.
