I can honestly say Hearthside Manor is a true breath of fresh air. Under the leadership of Administrator Bryce, the atmosphere has completely transformed. He is thoughtful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s clear that he is intentional about creating a culture rooted in class, safety, respect, and dignity—an environment where residents don’t just live, but truly thrive. What stands out most to me is the joy I see from staff members who appear engaged and positive, and residents who seem genuinely happy and comfortable. There’s warmth in the interactions and a sense that people truly care about one another. I’m so grateful to be a part of the Hearthside Manor family and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.

We made the easy decision to remove our loved one from this facility due to concerns about neglect and lack of experienced care. After observing the environment and interactions, it became clear that many of the caregivers appeared very young and inexperienced. She always smelled like urine, her teeth were never brushed, and her hair was not combed. All the residents’ teeth looks decayed, their hair was not combed, and their clothes were unmatched.B The employees body language and level of engagement suggested they were there primarily for a paycheck rather than providing compassionate, attentive care. In a previous conversation with one of the daytime slimmed red hair caregivers, I asked whether all staff members were properly trained and certified. She indicated that most of them were not certified, and that this had been approved by the company. This information was deeply concerning.While there are a few mature and professional caregivers at the facility, they appear to be the exception rather than the standard. Based on our experience and observations, we could not confidently leave our loved one in their care. For families considering this facility, I strongly encourage you to thoroughly evaluate staffing qualifications and supervision before making a decision.

Hearthside Manor’s become home for my eighty-four-year-old aunt, and honestly, it’s lifted every worry off me. From Bryce guiding us in, to Tara crafting her care plan, down to the nurses who greet her warmly every single day—it’s personal, attentive care. She’s never lost in the shuffle here, they prep her appointments, handle her washes, even set up her TV shows. With just 8 rooms nearby, it feels close-knit, not crowded. Price-wise, it’s fair—way gentler on the wallet than before. I’d give five stars without a blink.
