Hearthstone Village, Llc

I have Been to hearthstone, seen the care and spoken to staff numerous times over the past 3 years. During that time I have noticed that the management really desires what is best for the residents who live there. The staff is attentive, compassionate and caring. The Gated community has a central beautiful garden for residents to enjoy through out the year. I believe this is is a kind hearted place for people to live. Thank you for what you all do at Hearthstone!

FANTASTIC facility, I have been dealing with them for years and they have always had the highest regard for everyone that lives there. I would happily recommend them to all my friends and family.

Within weeks of my mom being in this home her jewelry was stolen . When she arrived they said they would take pictures of her rings . Due to her dementia at the time we couldn’t take the rings from her . I spoke to two different staff members about the rings . Each one of them saying they found them in the dryer the other saying she found them in her hamper . Again the supervisor was contacted and assured me they would put her rings in her medical lock box . That never happened and the rings are still missing !!! My mom has passed away and the rings were not only expensive but had a sentimental value . They’ve never apologized for the theft of my moms rings . I would not recommend this place to anyone !
