Their staff are slow to report whatever happens to a patient whether it's wounds, evaluations or hygiene. It's more difficult reaching out to the physician when requesting an order for the patient. It's challenging getting a proper answer from any of them when we desperately need assistance for the patient. And once you find someone to report regarding the patient, they'll brush you off tending to someone else's needs. Very rude. If you consider sending your loved ones here, please do your research first which physician and home health you can cooperate to continue care. This is only my experience as a coordinator for home health.

We moved my parents to Heartis Cypress in November 2018. Gisela was the first contact we had there and she went out of her way to make the move to Heartis smooth for my parents. When Gisela transferred Lisa Stelley took over and has continued to help with my parents and their care. When I have something I need to solve, Lisa knows who or what needs to be done. The ladies who actually do the day to day care of my parents have been really great with my parents which has made it much better for me and my family knowing they are safe and under good care. Joy has developed great activities for the residents. Mom loves BINGO and spending her money at the Country Store. Darlene and All the Med techs have worked hard with me. I so appreciate all of you! Thank you!

Our Mom recently moved into Heartis. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the quality of the food and the nurturing staff. Lisa Stelley helped us so much with all our questions and concerns. She makes sure all the needs of your loved one is met. Darlene Parker the Wellness Director has also been very helpful and patient in getting all of our Mom’s medications dispersed properly.

My mom hasn’t been here very long yet but we are already so impressed with the facility and the staff. Lisa Stelley was the first person we met and she has made the transition to assisted living so smooth for mom. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that all of us are comfortable there, even answering texts at night and on weekends. I don’t know where we’d be without her. The facility is clean and well maintained and the food is really really good. I’d highly recommend.

Heartis is a beautiful facility that actually smells great and is very clean and inviting. But most importantly, the staff go out of their way to make it's residents and family feel special and truly cared for. Aja Peebles was wonderful in making the moving process for my Dad (who was very apprehensive and dare I say slightly difficult to please) feel at ease and part of it's family. She never gave up and has made us know we made the perfect choice. He has settled in and is happy.
