We moved in late 2025. Mom was in a skilled nursing facility. She came into Heartis Assisted living on a level 4 care. She has received consistently better care. Staff is extremely compassionate and prompt. Peyton and Tiffany are easy to reach and eager to hear the good and especially the bad, of which there have only been minor concerns. They are quick to address and followup. We explained when moving mom, we were moving her into the "country club"!! She's not been disappointed. We highly recommend Heartis Mid Cities

My mom has lived here for almost five years…things have steadily gone downhill. Dining room is advertised as “restaurant style dining” but food is terrible and served in very small portions. Now, they are turning the hot water off at 6pm every day. Could you imagine paying over $4000 in rent and having limited hot water?? I do NOT recommend this establishment.

My parents have lived at Heartis for several years, and it’s been such a relief knowing they’re truly cared for. When my mom was going through a significant mental health crisis, Tiffany, the assisted living nurse, helped us every step of the way through a very difficult time — we could not have navigated it without her. Everyone there, from the med techs to dining staff, know my parents by name and genuinely care about them. When my parents sold their house, Peyton even helped bring their piano to Heartis so everyone could enjoy it — a gesture that meant so much to them and to our family. We’ll always be grateful for the compassion, patience, and kindness everyone at Heartis has shown our parents.

This is a great community. I’ve known the Executive Director, Peyton Iman, for years. Peyton runs a wonderful community and has an excellent team, including Tiffany and others. At Wise Diagnostic Systems, I proudly support Heartis Mid Cities with lab services. Heartis Mid Cities is truly a gem a great place to call home.

This assisted living community is truly exceptional. The caregivers and staff are amazing — warm, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The facility is very clean, inviting, and has such a positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Peyton, the Executive Director, goes above and beyond for both residents and families, ensuring that every need is met with care and professionalism. Tiffany, the Director of Nursing, is incredibly compassionate and genuinely cares about each resident’s well-being. Her dedication shines through in everything she does. I couldn’t recommend this community more highly for anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be truly cared for and supported.
