HEARTIS VILLAGE NORTH SHORE

I love Discovery Commons! My in-laws are both residents there, and they are so loved and cared for by the staff. It helps our family sleep at night knowing they are being tended to by such wonderful, kind people. Keyona Staples is especially amazing-- I couldn't imagine anyone better in her role as Director of Memory Care. She has a heart of gold, is always walking around helping care for everyone, and I've never seen her not smiling!

We could not be happier with the care my Mom is receiving in Memory Care at Discovery Commons North Shore. The entire team is kind and caring and treats her like a part of their family.

My experience with Discovery has been nothing short of excellent. The staff treat everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion. The activities director Kennedy does an amazing job creating a fun environment for the residents not only in Assisted Living but their Memory Care unit as well. Its nice to see residents socializing, engaged, and having fun. Overall, id trust Discovery with my loved ones not only to provide good care, but also keeping my loved ones happy and fulfilled.

Been a frequent volunteer here and the experience has been wonderful thus far. Staff is incredibly friendly, areas and common spaces have always been well kept, and the residents seem to enjoy their times doing activities. I have helped with bingo days and it is always so nice how all the residents are super excited and cheerful to be participating as a community. Highly recommend this facility that promotes a sense of belonging, a staff team that truly cares for the residents, and overall a gorgeous and peaceful location.

My mother lived there for over three years. It was a great place for her. The community of staff and residents made her feel at home and valued her personally. The care she received was top notch. I was at peace having her there. Communication from the staff about social events and happenings, as well as more urgent issues specifically regarding my mom were superb. Access to excellent medical care was easy and comforting. We will miss Heartis North Shore!
