Absolutely hands down the best facility. The companion they have for their residents just brought me to tears. I can leave knowing my grandmother will be happy and wonderfully taken care of.

why is the catheter tech in a room alone with a male patient without an assistant? I heard from the man who told me what happened and it disgusts me! Happened the week of 3/12/22. Change this now! This happened in the Severna Park location Heartland assisted living.
