From my very first visit at The Heartland House, it was clear that this place is special. The level of care provided here is truly exceptional, with a team that exhibits unparalleled passion, commitment, and dedication to every resident. Lori (Owner) and her staff’s commitment to excellence is evident in every interaction—they genuinely care, going above and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of the residents. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and inviting atmosphere that makes it feel like home. From engaging activities to personalized care plans, everything is designed with the residents' well-being in mind. The Heartland House stands out as a beacon of excellence, offering a vibrant community where residents thrive. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely hands down the best facility. The companion they have for their residents just brought me to tears. I can leave knowing my grandmother will be happy and wonderfully taken care of.

why is the catheter tech in a room alone with a male patient without an assistant? I heard from the man who told me what happened and it disgusts me! Happened the week of 3/12/22. Change this now! This happened in the Severna Park location Heartland assisted living.
