Heartlands At Severna Park

I met with Melissa at HeartLands in Severna Park to tour for my dad, who needs assisted living/memory care. I had been to 3 or 4 other facilities in the area and while we didn't end up choosing HeartLands it was definitely not a reflection of how nice it was. Beautifully renovated, lots of activities and programs, inclusion of memory care patients into the general assisted living spaces when appropriate, and quite reasonably priced. We ultimately chose a small private home with just 3 other residents, but HeartLands was a definite consideration. Thank you Melissa!

Heartlands has been a breath of fresh air. It is so nice to know your loved one is in a safe environment and able to be as independent as possible. It is a warm environment that truly welcomes the families of their residents with opportunities to dine with them like soup night. Everyone is warm and welcoming. The staff are very helpful. It is a beautiful location with upgraded amenities. I would and have definitely recommended Heartlands. It’s nice to know that your loved one is being well cared for.

If I could leave a 6-star review I would! My mother has been so very happy living at Heartlands Severna Park the past year and a half. The smaller assisted living gives a family feel to the community. The staff truly cares about each resident and their well being. I've seen med techs give hugs, caregivers visit residents during their time off, and administration go above and beyond the call of duty. My mother and her whole family is so grateful for Heartland's Severna Park. They're the best!

My mother has been at Heartlands for over a year now and my family is very happy with the care she is given and the friendliness and kindness demonstrated by the staff. Any concerns we have had were immediately addressed and taken care of. The facility itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. We are thrilled to call Heartlands her Home!

Heartlands definitely puts the heart into this Assisted Living Facility. My mom has only been a resident for a few months, but first impression was a key for me. Walking into the facility you can see how much the staff cares and are happy to be working there. The residents are happy and involved in activities such as games, outings, family dinner events and fantastic food! The staff is happy to help you out with any questions or concerns you may have, and they keep you updated on everything from menu items, special events and bad weather updates when mother nature has her own plans. I highly recommend this place, having peace of mind knowing mom is well cared for and happy makes the move to Assisted Living for a family member comforting.
