I can't speak as to how she treats her patients, but how she treats other business professionals needs work. I was on a work order to clean for her home/business and when we arrived she didn't even come greet us or in the same doorway area. She came around the corner on the phone and said, "no, no, no," and waved at us to leave. We are subcontractors and I own a business too. Never would I treat another professional like that, they atleast deserve a conversation. Some of us are not the company we're contract for, and may even try to help if you have issues with the company. She wouldn't know though because she motioned for us to leave without even having a conversation. Since, I can't reply to your comment I will edit mine to include the reply. I understand where you are coming from, but again all the cleaners on homeaglow are independent contractors. We have nothing to do with your homeaglow subscription or schedule. We just claim what is shown available to us and do the job. I would have happily explained how to fix people still coming, had you asked. You even could have asked me to wait a moment until you are free. I was not offering my independent services, I was explaining all the cleaners for homeaglow/dazzling clean/bubblyclean etc. are independent contractors. I hope your day gets better and you resolve your concerns with homeaglow. I have handled my end personally to ensure I don't run across work orders for you so we do not show up again. Have a good day.
