Heartwood Place

My aunt was here from 2024 to her passing in 2025. They do a fantastic job and I would strongly recommend Heartwood place. It was a clean and new facility with caring staff. The food is good here and the people really care. I'm thankful for the choice of having my loved one here in her final year. They gave her real dignity. They really worked with us as a family to help make her experience as happy as possible. They have a lot of social or supplemental activities to support residents. They did a good job with communication with us. 😇

Can't recommend Heartwood Place enough. The staff took such good care of my dad in a difficult time. They regularly strategized with us about how to help dad be as comfortable as possible. They coordinated effectively with a great hospice program as the end approached. If we were to do it all over again, his wife and I would make the same decision to go with Heartwood -- kind and patient folks who cared a lot about dad (and us).

My husband has been here for almost 2 years. The care has been exemplary. The people are always smiling, nice, and friendly. Heartwood place is always clean and smells pleasant. I am so glad we found this place for my husband with dementia. Update: my husband passed away yesterday. And again, the staff at Heartwood Place were amazing these last few months as he deteriorated. He was not easy as he got yet more confused, but they were there for him, and for me the whole time!
