Heath House

I toured this facility for my mother, it was warm and inviting. It was clean, smelled nice and I spoke to a few residents they were happy.

I must say I have no complaints whatsoever. All the staff are friendly and do the best they can. I had to put my dad here towards his end of life battling cancer and am so thankful for this place. Sandy and Dan and all the nurses are great. Thank you Heath House for everything. 💕💕💕 Jane

My dad has dementia and he has been in Heath house for almost two years. Within the two years he's been hit twice. The first time he got a black eye the second time which was last night one of the residents broke his nose and nothing was done about it. Makes you wonder if my dad is safe there.

My mom suffered 4 falls in 8 days. She now is in rehab with broken shoulder , 3 broken ribs , dehydrated and a bad contusion on her head. Dan Jones (admin) is incompetent, uncaring, lazy and rude.. no professionalism. Never trust a man that will never look you in the eye! They have cut back staff hours, laundry service, house keeping, and mowed maybe 1 time last year. Walked in several times last month to no water/ice in mom’s room. Over the last 2 months she was diagnosed with shingles that Heath said just obtained. ER said at least 2 weeks into them. I had asked for a Health check and blood work 3 times prior and it never happened. 2 “nurses” that handle requests never get to it, and/or no follow up. Why was she still there? I had her on a waiting list praying for a room to open after Christmas. I have many regrets. Please don’t put your loved one there! If you go above Dan- Kelsey is as bad. “Water seeks its on level , and never hire smarter than yourself” . That’s how they operate. Btw. Mom had a private room $$$, I was there at least 3 days a week, brother , in laws , grandkids all checking in. We had several staff that loved my Mama, but their hands are tied by cheap, arrogant worthless management . Can you imagine what’s going on with the majority of sweet residents with NO ONE checking in? I’m too tired and depleted as my mom is in such pain—-but there’s much much more I could say. (My husband actually vacuumed moms room right before she fell. Nastiest, fullest container you’d ever see….He showed Dan immediately afterwards . Dan said “I’ll have it vacuumed tomorrow “. (Please note as well no activity director for months)

Heath House -Don’t post your standard auto answer that you would love to talk to me about my concerns like you do everyone else because you don’t care. Heath house is one of the most dangerous terrible places to put your folks. They’ve almost let my mom die on two different occasions from neglect, and if it wasn’t for my intervention and me insisting they call 911 for medical attention she would be gone. This place is not suitable for an animal. Dan the admin and Britany are the absolute worst people to deal with on the planet. They both need to find new jobs and stop working with the public- your nasty people. They claim absolutely no responsibility for the neglect that happened while my mom was in their care. Let’s see if I get the auto generated respond to this post. Put your loved one some place else
