Do not take your Loved ones to this place unless you don't care hiw they are treated. STAFF are very unprofessional and lack actual training to keep Members safe and comfortable. Multiple violations have been reported with NO SUPERVISOR(Accountability) present! ZERO STARS

Im giving you my honest answer about this place this is not a place for anyone to place their love one in I had to find out this facility is all about money they dont care about no one parent the neglected issue not caring about their feelings no assisted help having issues of missing clothes and them being left damp laundry in the basket in the room molded mattresses were in the room the meals were terrible not giving them enough to eat parent done been send to the hospital twice within a month time of being there caught 2 bed sores my mom been explaining everytime I would speak with her on the phone so it was no other option but for me being her daughter to remove my mom from here and take care of myself and with support from family members this is the worse experience of my life of letting my mom go through this

I am going to give credit where credit is due to the following individuals: Kristy, Tammy and Jacky. They are outstanding people and truly are in this business for the right reasons. They treated my father in law and my family with great kindness and respect over the past couple of years, and I am thankful for what they do. If you have the resources to go elsewhere, I would highly recommend doing so. The business office is nonexistent, documentation is incorrect at best, and no one knows anything. The administrator clearly receives directives from an extremely unsympathetic owner who does not know what they are doing because when I was finally able to speak with her, she sounded panicked. She knew this was the absolute wrong call. They discharged my father in law under an altered mental status (a joke, really) to the hospital wherein the hospital did NOT admit him, and this facility did not accept him back. They effectively dumped him at the hospital. This was the term the hospital used. I was dumbfounded. This was after they brought in hospice only days earlier, requesting that the hospice social worker begin finding placement for my father in law before we had a discussion with the administrator, and much less before receiving a discharge letter. This is illegal according to the resident’s bill of rights act. Have the ombudsman handy for your own sake. This place reeks of shady business practices, all of which they will get tagged for in the end, but it is truly depressing that a facility can operate this way. When people are threatened with losing their jobs because they KNOW they should accept a resident back who wasn’t admitted to the hospital, that is a sad situation. There are good eggs and bad eggs at this facility. The worst offenders are at the top, unfortunately. The system is broken because places like this continue to abuse it. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere because I have never seen a facility run so unprofessionally in my own tenure-ship in long term care.

My mom has been here for about 4 months now, and we have been very pleased with the staff and atmosphere. Everyone has been super nice and have treated our mom well. The place is clean and they always have fun activities and different things going on for the residents.
