HEIGHTS OF EVANSVILLE

Mom lived at The Heights for 2 years and 2 months. During that time we saw the love and care of the staff over and over again. As mom became less able the staff extended compassion, kindless, and understanding. Is The Heights perfect? No. It has some corporate-y aspects that were frustrating at times. But the CARE was excellent. The staff took care of Mom like she was their family.

The staff at this resident home are truly exceptional and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents every day. They are kind, patient, and always take the time to genuinely connect with each person, making everyone feel valued and cared for. The crafts and special events are thoughtfully planned and greatly appreciated—they bring joy, encourage participation, and create a warm sense of community. Management also deserves recognition for their supportive and well-organized leadership, which clearly reflects in how smoothly the home is run and how well the staff work together. It is comforting to know that residents are cared for by such a dedicated and compassionate team.

Beautiful building and incredible staff! Feels very "homey" and you can tell the residents are happy.

I cannot Thank the staff and Melissa for the great care they give grandma! She has been there almost a year and loves it! it is truly her home! She does not want to be any place else. The staff is so kind to her and everyone they encounter. They truly care about her well being!! Melissa is amazing! she is so good with the residents. Also the same staff has been there with her. Which is great!!!! I really appreciate all they do!!! and all the kindness they show her! And grandma says the food is wonderful! Thanks to all the staff! you are appreciated.!!!

I would like to applaud the staff at The Heights of Evansville. They have shown top quality care as they maneuver through this ever changing world. I wouldn't have my mother anywhere else. Thank you for taking such good care of her❤
