Our family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care Paul received at Heiland Hands. He arrived in September after a fall, and at 100 years old, knowing he was safe, supported, and genuinely cared for meant everything to us. The staff treated him with patience, dignity, and real kindness. They kept us informed, paid close attention to his comfort, and made sure he always felt respected. What truly set Heiland Hands apart was the strong sense of family throughout Paul's stay. From the moment Paul arrived, it was clear that the staff knew him as a person, not just as a resident. They took the time to talk with him, learn his routines, and create a warm, familiar environment where he felt comfortable and at ease. There was a feeling of connection and consistency that brought us comfort, knowing he was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about his well-being. The team here continues to be responsive, available, and provides good care. I appreciate all that they do. The environment reminds people of home and puts patients more at ease. The main care provider is pleasant and makes a genuine effort.
