Hellenic Senior Living Of Elkhart

This place is a joke. My father is a resident and he has had surgery cancelled twice because of their negligence. Not wthholding required medications before surgery or not providing a medication list for surgery and not answering their phones when the doctor tries to call. This is not the only problem that we have had with this facility.

I've never seen such dedication to their job and residents as Linsey Fitterling and her staff were this morning (3:00a.m.)! Special shout out to Sarah Robinson, her staff, Amanda Musgrave, and all the others that gave their time.

As a Community Liaison for the Elkhart area, I love partnering up with Hellenic Senior Living! They are always interacting with the community and their residents in some way. The building is beautiful, up to date, clean, and very inviting. The management team has always been professional and friendly. Check them out you won’t be disappointed!

As an outpatient medical social worker, I have had many interactions with the staff of Hellenic Senior Living of Elkhart prior to opening and after. I go there frequently and have always gotten a good reception. Likewise, my patients provide me with lots of good feedback after moving in. I know for certain that the care there has helped my patients stay healthier as a result of the nursing supervision and overall care. Covid has made it much more difficult for Hellenic but they have gone out of their way to make a bad situation tolerable for the residents as they provide protection for both staff/residents. I continue to recommend Hellenic as an option when assisted living is a consideration.

From the first day the the day my siblings and I went to Hellenic in Elkhart to discuss our mothers future living, we were so pleased with all the people we talked with and the way the new place looked. When the time came to move her, and they had an opening everything went smooth. She loves it, and we love the facilities and the staff the way she is taken care of. The food has changed but it is still good, It was as though you went to a high-class restaurant when she first moved in. Two of us kids live out of state and feel the care she gets gives us a relief knowing how well she is taken care of.
