I had a client in this facility and everyone here is very helpful and friendly and treat everyone with respect. This is a good place!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Helenic Assisted Living that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, the reliability of the staff is a major concern. I would strongly discourage anyone from considering this facility for their loved ones. My mother has had several incidents where she fell and needed immediate assistance. On multiple occasions, she pressed her call button, only to wait hours for a response. One particularly alarming incident occurred shortly after she had suffered a heart attack. Despite her critical condition, it took an unacceptable amount of time for a staff member to attend to her. When help finally arrived, the staff member apologized, explaining that she was busy doing someone's hair. This lack of prioritization for residents' health and safety is deeply troubling. Overall, the care provided at Helenic Assisted Living has not met my expectations, and I believe there are better options available for those seeking assisted living services. Families deserve peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe and well cared for, and unfortunately, this facility falls short in that regard.

Upon observation and review, I have significant concerns regarding the quality of care within the nursing home mainly within management . Indications of substandard care, potential neglect, and questionable business practices warrant immediate attention and investigation. Inadequate staffing and training Insufficient resident care and supervision Financial exploitation Lack of transparency and accountability

Amazing team, they work well together. The residents have a lot of things to do there from wii bowling, weight room, playing pool, bingo, the girls that put puzzles together, birthday parties monthly, seasonal activities and a Host of other wonderful things. The amazing families that have came together as one.

I placed my mother-in-law here just at a year ago and I could not be happier. I want to give a big thank you to Sabrina and the nursing staff for always being so caring and considerate and working with me through medicine changes. And I appreciate the kitchen staff for always driving to make sure the residents have, what they need.
