Totally due to the astounding display of incompetence of their billing department my wife's out $250. Not only did they screw up on filing wife's claim to Martin's Point; they came back a year later and tried to collect from her. They were asked to refile the claim. The next communication was from a collection agency. We would have paid if they had bothered to get back to us. Guess that would have required them admittng how badly they had mismanaged the entire process. From another comment it appears to be their modus operandi. Now due to their lack of follow up and absence professionalism we're out $250 and my wife's once excellent credit rating has been impacted. Thanks...

We were visiting family in the area and our one year old son had an infected finger that had taken a turn for the worse. The team at RFM was able to see us promptly later that day and provided us great care. They prescribed us antibiotics and helped us find a pharmacy near by to get them for him. No issues with them accepting our insurance and all went smoothly. Very happy with our experience. Bonus there's a fantastic playground right next door that we went to with our daughter and she had a blast playing there with her cousin.

Dr Els is the best. I moved all my medical care to Rangeley because of the care received by everyone in this facility. It reminds me of years ago when medical care was good. From the minute you walk in the door to the time you leave, you will be professionally served. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Office and billing staff failed to bill my insurance and billed me in full instead, despite their requirement that I manually data enter all personal and billing information on their devices prior to treatment. I thought I resolved this issue after a lengthy call with their billing department, but after two years, with no other communication, they have instead sent the bill to collections. Unfortunately, if you need urgent care in the area, your only other options are an hour or more away.

If you're staying in Rangeley, this is IT. The nearest hospital center is about an hour down the road in Farmington. This location has a nurse and PA on staff. The people are NICE and KIND and will do their best for you. The office is relatively new, clean and comfortable. I forget how I paid ... I think they took my insurance.
