Helping Hands Care Home, under the ownership of Antonia, is truly exceptional. From the start, her communication is clear and caring, and she ensures the home is always clean, welcoming, and safe. She has plenty of staff to provide attentive care, and it’s clear she genuinely values her residents’ well-being. What really stands out is her openness to supporting residents’ health beyond standard care. As an RDA herself, she encourages families to provide dental hygiene services, showing her commitment to comprehensive, individualized care. Antonia is compassionate, professional, and deeply invested in her residents. I would highly recommend Helping Hands Care Home to families looking for a supportive, safe, and well-run environment for their loved ones—definitely check for availability!

Beware!!! This is a fraudulent company. This company did a fraudulent claim on my UHC insurance. if there were zero stars this is what I would give this company. when you call no one answers. This is being reported to all fraud entities as well as the Attorney General in the state of CA. I do not have prosthetics of any kind and they billed my insurance over 45,000.00 for prosthetics and some kind of saline gel pads. This not only affects me but the company I work for.

Helping Hands is the name of the Board and Care Facility where my dad spent his final 2 weeks of hospice care.  It was the first place we toured and my 84 year old mom said instinctively, "I like her! (referring to Antonia, the owner), we don't need to see any other place."  But of course, I am one to always see at least 2 places for comparison.  It turned out mom was right!  My dad had dementia but even without it, we always knew he would be a high maintenance guest.  Antonia and her caregivers exercised the utmost patience with all his needs and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for.  She was always very flexible when we needed to come in a bit earlier for a few days or stay slightly later than the usual visiting hours.  My dad repeatedly said, "They are very nice here."  The word "facility" doesn't quite fit, it truly felt like a home away from home.  Thank YOU Helping Hands from the bottom of our hearts for your exceptional care.

Helping hands has been a godsend for my father who is 90 and in a good deal of pain. They are professional without being stiff and unfeeling; the home is clean, spacious and comfortable. My father, who is by nature crusty and cantankerous is content and comfortable…I think he’s actually happy which is an unexpected and spectacular result. He is happier in this facility than I’ve ever seen him before. This is in no small part due to the efforts of Antonia and Tammy. Top notch facility. Thank you both.

Shelly had a hard time following my directions when I hired her to help me to move. She spent most of the time cleaning the kitchen of the apartment i was moving out of and vacuum a carpet that was going to be replaced after I moved out. While I was in the bathroom of the apartment I was moving out of my cellphone that was plugged into the charger and the chair I was sitting on had disappeared. I had a bad case of sciatica. Shelly did not help me get back. There were things missing after the movers left and Shelly said she didn't see anything.
