Henderson's Assisted Living

I would never recommend this place to any family. They do not take care of our love ones. They feed them awful food, no communication in bathroom if your love one falls...like my mother did on several occasions, our family had to bring snacks because nothing was offered in facility, can't tell you if real nurses provided medications..I know my mother had to ask, during covid they had no stations setup for temp checks or sanitize stations when people came in to visit and for workers, patients personnel items were stolen by employees, my mom had to elevate her foot..the pillow facility put under foot had bugs, they never did activities they all stayed in rooms. My daughter visited her grandmother took photos of the filth. Yes, she made a report. Nothing happened. My sister/boyfriend took photos and videos. My son would visit and saw the filth and how grandmother and roommate was treated. We were told our mom caught covid. We requested medical records...they did not include mom having covid and treatment received. Records received were hand written by who we don't know. ...but records from the doctor we know are legit. My mom passed away after falling in bathroom...broken hip. The person who runs facility is a piece of work.Where she spent her last days was peaceful for mom and family. (Was not in this facility..moms final resting place was informed of treatment received while staying at The Hendersons ...also saw photos and videos.)
