Friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean and beautiful lobby. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Called to ask my sick grandma was greeted with a hostile receptionist with a dismissing and rude tone very unpleasant. Should be fired.

The holiday family dinners are 5 star! During 2024 the Heritage West Allis assisted living and memory care facilities hosted sit-down family dinners for Thanksgiving and Christmas, then 2025 Valentine's Day with some live entertainment, as well. The food has been excellent, and the efforts the staff to provide top service and decorate for each occasion were outstanding! Many families joined their loved ones.

My brother has been here for almost three years and he has received excellent care! The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure all his needs were met. The entire staff very kind and friendly. I’m grateful for the wonderful care.

We have been very happy with the care my mom has been receiving at Heritage. They are very loving and caring to mom. They keep us informed on how she is doing and if there are any concerns. Thank you to the staff and administrators for all they do, it is greatly appreciated.
