Heritage Assisted Living Of Twin Falls

My mom has been with them since January 2025 and they have been wonderful. As with any place, there have been hiccups but they are quick to resolve them. They have worked with us so well when we had unexpected issues arise (not on their end) and have helped through the process with getting those resolved. The staff has been very caring and supportive through her multiple hospital visits and with the care that she requires. She has been happier since being there and has made some new lasting friendships. I very highly recommend them.

In previous years my mom had a friend who was very very well taken care of here so when it came time to find her a place to help her care for herself we decided this would be it. Heritage and the staff has been nothing short of wonderful for her and for all of us. They’ve helped her feel safe and comfortable along with helping her build new relationships and friendships, and I am just so happy and thankful for their hard work and dedication. We especially have had wonderful experiences with Cody(one of the nurses) and Sarah(the activities director)! We love it here and I hope my mom chooses to continue doing life here with them all! ❤️

From the first visit to Heritage up to when we were able to move her in, everyone was very helpful and extremely kind to our mother. Also went above and beyond in solving the concerns that our mother had in making the transition and adapting to her new environment. Thank you. We would recommend Heritage. My Brother lives at Heritage and he is very happy, I myself have had many interactions with the staff and they are very helpful,kind, and caring people. A special shout out to Savannah, who has always answered every question I’ve had. Thank you all for everything you do.
