HERITAGE ASSISTED LIVING OF WATERTOWN LLC

Filled out the on-line form to request a brochure (twice). No response (twice). Then called the phone number on website. No response there either. Not impressed.

I visit monthly as a companion. Angie at the front desk is awesome and so are the caretakers I’ve had encounters with. The facility is clean and seems to have great energy. ❤️

Was thinking of putting my aunt in memory care there. Not anymore after letting go none of the most trustworthy nurses go with no warning because of rumors I redid that train of thought.

It takes one employee to spoil what could be a beautiful experience. Heritage House need to watch the abusive assistant that likes causing pain to the elderly.

i could not have asked for better care for my mother; the staff is absolutely great. Many devoted employees who have been there for years.
