HERITAGE AT CAREFREE SENIOR LIVING

Not only is The Heritage at Carefree a perfect place for my mom, the entire staff is part of our family! I visit daily at different times of day and every time, the place is beautiful, spotless, and the caregivers are skilled and so loving to all the residents. I could not be more grateful to have this amazing place in our community. Having been a hospice owner, I have been in assisted living communities all over the valley and this is the best Ive ever seen. There are daily activities to include live music performers, exercise classes, fine dining and much more. Additionally, it's a comfortable place for friends and families to visit... it is not institutional... it's like a palace!

They have taken car of two of my family members, one for hospice care and the other for memory care. They are very professional and compassionate. They go above and beyond to take care of their residents. The accommodations are well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. They really get to know the residents and become like family. They have daily activities and they make sure all are involved. I would highly recommend this facility.

My mother was in the care of Heritage for almost two years. In that time staff provided caring, friendly professional attention on many levels. As her health situation changed staff adapted to it to make sure she was still as active as possible, able to join others for meals in their opulent dining area and wonderful Great Room area for music and other activities. When I had to return to my home in Australia they provided a provide office for me to Zoom video meet with my mother on a regular basis. World class facilities and loving people. I sincerely believe Heritage was an answer to prayer for my mother and her family when the medical advice was that she needed to reside in a professional assisted living environment. Highly recommend.

The food here is outstanding. Start there, because it matters. They treat memory care residents like adults and provide support tactfully and gracefully. They are kind. Memory care residents are much more effectively integrated with the rest of the community and the staff act as friends while maintaining professionalism and excellence. The grounds are vividly decorated, which provides recognizable landmarks to residents and beauty both inside and in the courtyards...

My husband was recently admitted to the Heritage for Assisted Living. The staff handled the transition from Rehab to Assisted Living professionally and with attention to even the smallest details. I am a retired Hospice RN and familiar with many facilities in the valley. Both of us are beyond pleased with the level of care and service with every staff member.
