HERITAGE AT DEER CREEK

My dad has lived in the Enhanced Care group of Heritage since 2023. We moved my mom into the Memory Care group last month. I am very happy with the facility. I have got to know much of the staff and they are extremely friendly and helpful.

My Wife recently moved into Heritage Deer Creek. At first she was very reserved and didn't participate in the activities , nor did she leave her room for meals. Now with the help of the staff and all the activities that are at Heritage she is enjoying life more. I was unable to care for her in our home. I just didn't have the energy nor the expertise to do all the things she needed. I am so grateful she is happy, is making friends and is well cared for.

This is one of the most caring and most patient centric places I have ever set foot in. My husband I have been working on placing my Mother in Law in what we now understand needs to be Memory Care vs just an Assisted Living facility. This process is something new and something we had no understanding of. But working with Kat at Deer Creek’s facility has been an amazing experience. Kat has been very thorough in taking us through not only Assisted Living but also Memory Care during our tour to ensuring we were fully informed on what we may need, as we were still uncertain at the time. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help her residence. During our tour, the facilities were clean, well managed and the residence seemed happy and comfortable. In the end, my Mother in Law needed greater care than what Deer Creek could offer, but again, Kat went above and beyond and referenced us to a facility that may be able to help us. The care and genuine love felt at Heritage Deer Creek is phenomenal and I would highly recommend anyone to consider them when looking for care for their loved ones.

My mom moved into Heritage at Deer Creek in June 2025 and loves it here. Everyone has been so good to her and helped her adjust to her new living arrangement. What could have been a difficult transition was wonderful. To quote mom” I have no complaints it’s wonderful here”. Staff is exceptional and the facility is very nice and clean it feels like home. Nursing staff is so caring and is constantly looking out for her health and mental wellbeing. This is a great place and it gives our family peace of mind that she is being taken care of.

My mother resided here for 2 years. 1year in assisted living, 1 year in memory care. The executive director, Jackie is an excellent leader and has developed a culture of kindness, caring and teamwork. The nursing staff is top notch and truly look after each and every resident. The activities team led by Nick keep the residents active and involved. My mom had celiac disease and Chef Tyler and the food service staff worked hard to give her a good variety of quality food while meeting her gluten free status. If ever we had issues with her care the staff was very responsive. Leadership was accessible at all times.
