My friend does not want to be at Heritage Court memory Care. He wants to be at home but he can not. He is having trouble adjusting and is uncooperative and working to get out. The staff is kind to him but keeps trying. He is difficult. The apartment is clean and the staff is attentive. The staff helped us (his family and friends) by letting us know it may take time for Tim to settle in.

So far very good. Move in went well and rhe staff is working hard to help Tim adjust. They demonstrate kindness and concern and are still able to be firm.

Overall from my mother experience.. The recent reviews are hard to believe. This has been the worst place she has been to. Employees are rude. Smell is horrible sometimes. My mother wasn’t getting her medication somedays and when asked about it I wasn’t told the truth. She was barely eating and always complained about staff being unhinged towards her. I hope someone steps in and investigate this place.

Very nice. Employees were all friendly. Costs are reasonable. Small residential population. Convenient location.
