HERITAGE CREEK

This is home away from home for my husband. I transferred him here after 4 years from a different facility where we experienced sub standard care. First thing that stood out is the cleanliness of this facility, whose appearance is more like a resort than an institution. The love the staffers provide these residents is extraordinary. Anyone can be found taking care of the residents, from the owners, directors etc…. The food is “real” food, not pre frozen and re heated like other facilities. Mostly they are properly staffed in order to be able to tend to anyone’s needs. Our family is grateful for such a safe, loving place. Thank you!!!!

My father has been living at Heritage Creek, and I truly can’t say enough positive things about the experience. From the very beginning, we’ve felt confident that he is in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. One of the biggest surprises has been the food — it’s absolutely incredible. The meals are not only nutritious but also genuinely enjoyable, which has made such a difference in my father’s daily life. I especially want to recognize Amanda Couve, the director. She has done an outstanding job taking care of my father and making sure he has everything he needs. Amanda is attentive, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and their families. Knowing she is there gives me tremendous peace of mind. I am so grateful for the team at Heritage Creek and the exceptional leadership Amanda provides. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality assisted living for their loved one.

Heritage Creek is a wonderful and welcoming community. It is apparent that the entire team truly knows and loves the residents there like family. The director Amanda is personally involved with everyone and makes it a point to reach out to family members and ensure that everyone gets the upmost care. You will not be disappointed in this beautiful assisted living.

My mother has memory issues, and Heritage Creek has been a blessing for her. She was very resistant at first, but has blossomed in their care. The staff are very caring, and really remember many details about the residents. We even were given the cell phone numbers of the director and manager to contact with any concerns, and they respond very quickly regardless of the time of day. The food is spectacular - far better variety than you would expect in an assisted living facility. They also cater to her tastes and allow her to choose items off menu if she is feeling particular. The center is very clean, with cleaners working all day and laundry running day and night. There is not an unpleasant odor that seems to permeate other nursing homes. The activities have really helped Mom’s attitude. She’s social again, which we haven’t seen in many years. They also have different forms of therapy to assist those with memory issues, and on site physical therapy. Heritage Creek was a recommendation from an independent living facility for my mom. It has truly been a wonderful fit for her, and a huge relief for her family to know she is in such good hands. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for that next level of care for a loved one.

Let me begin my review by letting you know that we have been there for quite some time now. I researched other facilities before I was led to this one. The care that they provide my family member is excellent. The family that owns it spends as much time there, if not more, along with the staff doing day to day work (cleaning, feeding, caring for the residents). The director is compassionate, knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond to make sure the resident is getting the correct care (she is a gem). The lines of communication are always open which provides great assurance and comfort as we work together to maintain my family members optimal care. The chefs make tremendous effort in preparing nutritious and delicious meals for the residents (even to the smallest detail like presentation).They make time to talk to the resident as well. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained inside and out. The resident rooms are large. I have had many family members visit and everyone is impressed by it and the kindness they are shown. There are activities planned for the residents as a group weekly. The good people there are a treasure. Speaking from personal experience, Heritage Creek has been a blessing to me and my family.
