Highest recommendations for Heritage Elm Grove. Vibrant, helpful staff and residents who look involved and happy. Love the Happy Hour Pub gathering concept. I personally would place my own mother here, and am considering it.

I would have to say that my husband got great care at Heritage Elm Grove. He was treated with kindness and respect albeit a short stay before he passed away. Toward the end he was made comfortable. I will always treasure the time my daughter and I had with him hours before he passed.

Every time I call my grandmother, she tells me about how activities have been better and more engaging over the past few months. She is very happy with the activities manager and always brings up how the parties have great entertainment!

The cares I get at Heritage Elm Grove are kind and considerate. Also well informed I don’t feel left out on anything from my medication to my cares. I love how I get a wide variety on my meals and kitchen staff is always so kind and willing to help. I enjoy the activities but Happy Hour is my favorite, I look forward to it every week. It’s a time where I can socialize with all the residents and care staffs I don’t see much.

As a resident here at heritage I've gotten the best cares, the caregivers are wonderful. They are passionate and attentive to our needs. I am happy about my choice of coming here it feels like a big family here.
