HERITAGE HILLS

I want to say a special thank you to Sherrie at HH for her care of my mom. Sherrie is such a wonderful person and it comes through in her work, making it not seem like work at all. She is patient, playful and kind, and I know has the best interest of my mom. Congratulations on Employee of the Month Sherrie! I feel so grateful we found HH. My mom has been there over a year now and it has taken a while for her to adjust as it would for anyone, but fortunately she had the support of all the staff helping her feel safe and settled in. I want to also thank Lome, Evalyn, Fela, Darryl, Amanda, Alyssa, Lorie, Celina, Monica, Mike and of course, Sherrie, and all the caregivers that support my mom everyday. Your work is important and very appreciated.

I visited Heritage hills quite a few times and the minute you walk in you are greeted by Lorie the receptionist who makes you feel right at home. She always makes you feel so welcomed, offering a drink or fresh baked cookies. Evalyn is the head nurse and is very hands-on, caring, loves her residents, staff and family members. Alyssa in sales is also very welcoming, caring, with a smile on her face. A couple of caregivers that are great are Lome, Rose, Tae, Fale, and Rose who does activities. Amanda the business office manager is well versed when it comes to billing and/or insurance questions. I enjoy visiting Heritage, ownership should be proud of this team. Thank you all for caring daily for my loved one.

I can’t say enough about how grateful we are for the incredible care at Heritage Hills Memory Care. They’ve truly gone above and beyond for both my mom and my dad. When my father passed away, the staff was incredibly respectful and compassionate, never rushing us to remove his belongings and giving us all the time we needed. As for my mom, she’s thriving thanks to the thoughtful attention she receives. They make sure she gets outside in her wheelchair for fresh air and sunshine, keep her engaged with activities, and meet not just her physical needs but her emotional ones too. I have to give a huge shout-out to Mike, the director, whose leadership has turned this place around 1000%. He’s brought in the right people, like Atoosa, the head chef, who goes above and beyond to ensure the meals are nutritious and that my mom’s quality of life is top-notch. And I can’t forget to mention Lomein, who has been the core caregiver for both my parents for years. Lomein has always been accommodating to our family’s requests and has shown such genuine care in every situation. All in all, this facility has been a source of comfort and excellent care. I’m deeply appreciative of everything they’ve done.

Heritage Hills has been a great choice for loved ones. Alyssa Santacruz has been outstanding - her patience and empathy really shines through in how she works with residents facing memory challenges. Highly recommend!

I had an great experience at Heritage Hills. The staff member I met Evalyn was so compassionate and knowledgeable. The community itself was clean and has an inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend meeting with the team of Heritage Hills for anyone looking for memory care services.
