Heritage House AFC

Never, ever under any circumstances put anyone you even remotely care about in this place! The house is for sale, and we booked a showing. The residents were loaded into a van for a short road trip while we were shown the home. One older man we watched walk alone, up and down the block, picking up imaginary things off the side walk. We were there 1/2 hour early….and he was wondering in the street, alone, the entire time. Upon entering the home, you are over come with the strongest cat pee odor I have ever smelled. The reality agent gagged! There were at least 30 litter boxes throughout the home….and pee areas up the wall. We counted at least 30 cats inside….some residents beds had three or more cats sleeping on them. When we walked outside to view the rear deck, we found the sweetest old lady, Vicky….had been left behind!…she was sitting outside in the cold…waiting to be loaded….and they FORGOT HER. Police did show up for a wellness check…..maybe a neighbor called?
