HERITAGE HOUSE OF PORTAGE

The team at Heritage House has been exceptional in helping my Mom and I navigate her new needs as she discharges from rehab. From across the state, they went above and beyond to help us choose an apartment and complete all the necessary steps in record time. I feel so excited for Mom's move and know she will receive outstanding care in her new home.

My Mom has lived at the Heritage House for a little over a year now. Mom has adjusted well and is truly happy. The staff and management go above and beyond to make the residents happy and comfortable. The care my Mom has received has exceeded my expectations. Her room is spacious and just right for her. Heritage house provides cleaning and laundry service weekly. She is served three good home cooked meals a day. There is daily activities, exercise classes, bingo twice a week and so much more. Mom has made wonderful friendships with the residents and the care staff as well. They also do bus trips one or two times a week to stores, restaurants, seeing Christmas lights, concerts and more. Its a nice way for the residents to get out and do something fun. There is a wonderful library, activity room and a hair salon. My Mother In Law also recently moved into the Heritage House. While moving in, we left the door open and many residents stopped by and welcomed her. The staff was so helpful with any questions we had. We left that night after moving her in and seeing the smile on her face how happy she was to be there. I would highly recommend the Heritage House to anyone looking for a place for their parents. Both my Mom and Mother In Law are happy and I can't ask for anything more.

Our Mom has been at Herritage House for over a year and she is very happy there! She really enjoys all the activities and social get togethers offered almost every day. They even have a van to take the residents out for day trips!

I highly recommend Heritage House. My Mom recently moved in after my Dads passing. From day one of touring the facilities I have been nothing but happy for the care my Mom receives. The apartments are nice and spacious, the three meals provided are good. You can tell how much the employees love their jobs, they are friendly, compassionate and caring. There are daily crafts, activities and bus tours to keep the residents busy. I'm so happy my Mom is happy. This place is the best if you are looking for a place for your parents to reside.

Heritage House is staffed with kind and caring caregivers. Management goes above and beyond to meet the needs of residents. The facility and rooms are large, beautiful, and kept up well. Each room has its own bathroom (including shower) and kitchenette. They offer fun gatherings and activities for residents to socialize and connect. Would recommend this facility to family and friends.
