My dad was a resident in memory care with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia. As he was unable to articulate or communicate fluently in any way, the staff there was absolutely amazing! The care, love, assistance and support my dad had in his time at Heritage was wonderful! I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Shaun Lynch and Kristina (DON). The communication and attention to concerns when addressed were warmly welcomed and I can't begin to say how much I appreciate all you did for my dad. This review is over due as dad has been gone for almost a year, but we are so blessed to know he was safe and cared for during the time he lived there. You were family to him and we are forever grateful for all of you!

My mother moved here to a CBRF apartment ~5 weeks ago. My family and I are very pleased with her care and the facility overall. My dad is still in a rehab facility, so the separation has been very hard on them. The caregivers do a wonderful job of regularly checking in on her and keeping her company, occasionally when needed. They provide the right amount of encouragement and "pressure" to eat in the dining room and participate in activities to help get her acclimated. My mom recently had a vomiting episode at 10pm at night and was sick off and on until about 3am. The nurse on duty called and alerted me at 10pm when it first happened and provided a detailed explanation of the assessment she performed to rule out anything more serious. The nurse also stayed with her the entire time (10pm-3am) because my mom was afraid and was pretty sick, and thus having difficulty managing by herself. I know it's early into our experience, but so far this leadership and its staff have delivered on all expectations. I can finally relax and sleep well at night knowing she's getting proper care and attention.

Heritage Lake Country (Memory Care) has been a special place for my father. Throughout his time here and a very difficuly COVID restricted year, their office and care staff have been second to none when it came to managing his needs as well as those of our family. My father recently passed but we could not be more pleased with the kindness, professional care, and communication - God Bless and Thank-You!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Everyone here works extremely hard, is caring, and above all takes great care of my mother! Crystal and her staff do an outstanding job! The Activities Director always has wonderful things planned, and Maggie is always coming to get my mother out to socialize. John was immediately there when I need him to fix something. If I could tell everyone, I would, to come to this facility over any other place. I’m not sure what happened in the past, I’m glad it got fixed. My mother is very happy here, most importantly she loves the care she is getting from everyone.

Terrible care. They often have 1 CNA for the whole building. They can't keep staff. They have a high turn over of directors and nurses. Often find a pill here and there on the floor in residents rooms. Beds found wet at bedtime because staff just makes the bed in the morning without changing the bedding. Often their call button system doesn't work. Too many falls by too many residents because they don't respond to those calling out for help. This place is lipstick on a pig. Can't belief the State allows this facility to remain open.
