HERITAGE LAKES ASSISTED LIVING

I’ve had my father in other communities, but this one stands out as the best. I firmly believe that the staff is the heart and soul of this community. When we toured the community, the first person we met was Robyn. She was incredibly impressive. Before we even moved my father in, Robyn demonstrated exceptional communication, care, and attention to us.

I had a patient that was doing quite poorly with her previous living situation. Then they moved to Heritage Lakes and their health greatly improved. Our services emphasizes quality of life and that high quality was found at Heritage Lakes. The staff have been responsive, kind, and express empathy that other facilities should mirror. I highly recommend this facility.

I cannot say enough glowing things about Heritage Lakes! From the incredibly kind and efficient administration (shout out Robyn and Shannon!) to the gorgeous setting and everything in between, Heritage Lakes is FIRST CLASS. They provide everything you could ask for in a retirement community. They have on site church services, hair styling, medical care, tons of programs, and a delicious lunch delivered to you doorstep if you so desire. All this for shockingly reasonable rates! Also, when they say community, they mean it. The residents are kind and friendly and really look out for each other while respecting your privacy. I cannot commend and thank these folks enough for the service they are providing. You will love it here!

We’ve been with Heritage Lakes for a couple of years. My mom and her brother started in independent living in their spacious and beautiful two bedroom cottages by the lake. The management and staff go above and beyond to make the days fun and foster a sense of community and family in all they do. My mom became sick and they allowed me to lean on them heavily for help as we transitioned my mom to assisted living. They were always so kind and loving—and I will always be grateful to them for loving my mom almost as much as I do ❤️ Sweet and attentive staff, great food, fun activities—excellent facility!!

We are so lucky we found The Cottages of Heritage Lakes for our 85 year old mother. She was hesitant to move but once she saw her new home, she fell in love with it right away. Shannon and Robyn made this a wonderful experience for our mother. All our questions were answered and we felt confident that our mother would be happy and safe. The property itself is beautiful with a pond for those who prefer to fish. The cottages come with a huge open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 1 car garage. Great for guests who want to spend the night.
