It is a very nice place. I recommend it to anybody to go check out. If you have a loved one that needs assistance and somewhere to stay. And the director of sales. Nicole is a very polite and professional person to deal with. Go, check them out.

Heritage Assisted Living and Memory Care in Madison, AL has provided extraordinary senior care for Mom and Dad since they moved there in January 2025. The atmosphere is small, family like, and friendly; in fact the staff can recall the resident names and they understand their needs and challenges. The dining area is setup like a home dining room, and the food is very tasty too; so kudos to the Chef and kitchen staff!!! Mom is in memory care, where the environment is very nurturing and comforting; she is calmer and appears really happy. The staff members in Memory Care-Evelyn, Stacey, Karen, and Margaret are so amazing and attentive! Dad is on the Assisted Living side; he loves it so much and often tells us how Heritage really takes good care of them, and he doesn’t have to worry about Mom. The Assisted Living staff members Marion, LA, Niecey, Liken, Shannon, and Jennifer are so nice to Dad and really cater to his needs. Finally, the leadership at Heritage- Betsy(Director) and Allyson(Nurse Director) do a really good job with communication and management, providing excellent senior care all while implementing fun activities, bible study, entertainment, and an all around wholesome environment for senior citizens. It is a "Home away from Home"!

Heritage is a wonderful place! Everyone has been professional and courteous, including management and staff. They go out of their way to help my mother, who isn’t always the easiest person to help. The residents are friendly to her as well. Also, this facility has excellent physical therapy, cuisine, and activities for the residents. Truly grateful my mother has found a home there.

My loved one has been at Heritage for over two years. It is obvious to us that she is well cared for & so loved by staff & everyone. We could not ask for better care for her. It’s a smaller place so it’s easy to make friends. Lots of activities scheduled for residents & family is always welcome to join in.

Heritage Assisted living and memory care is an amazing facility. All residents are treated kindly and w/ love. I would highly recommend this facility for senior citizens to enjoy golden years.
