I love partnering with Heritage Oaks. Scott and Kelly are awesome. This community is warm and inviting. They provide quality care and treat their residents with dignity and respect.

I have family there and we have really loved the attention giving and the courtyard is really nice! The facility is really comfortable!

My Uncle has been at Heritage since Feb this year. We have seen lots of transition.. Little bit of back story, Before finding Heritage I looked at least 20 places. Because of my uncles personality I just felt in my spirit that each place was not a good fit. Whether it was not being able to have his own room to it being too much of a party social atmosphere(load), to it smelling real bad, or it being too secluded, or wayyyy to expensive. Then I found Heritage it was clean, he could have his own room. They keep them busy throughout the day. There is a nice court yard he can sit outside, which he loves to do. He has settled in and even found love again. I have seen him open up. I love walking up and he has a smile on his face because someone just made him laugh or him going up to the older woman and putting his hand on their shoulder. It fills my heart. He has been through so much. It brings such peace to me knowing he is being taken care of. I have learned the struggles of caring for a loved one. How hard it truly is.. I am truly grateful for heritage the staff is extended family 🥰

I visited several communities before visiting Heritage Oaks. When I opened the front door I knew Heritage Oaks was my mother's new home. I was so grateful to find such a beautiful, loving place. It's very easy to become part of the community. The management team is the absolute best! They are involved with the community and are devoted to the care and comforts of their residents. They are always there to help. The caregivers are courteous, respectful and professional in every way. They always take the time to visit with mother and always have a kind word to say. Last, but not least, the food is excellent! Kudos to the Chef for his talents and dedication. I am so happy and thankful my mother is a part of the Heritage Oaks family. It is such a relief knowing her biggest worries are winning at bingo and when the Astro game starts. Thank you Heritage Oaks.

These photos are only possible because of Bliss Palmer (executive director) and the entire team at Heritage Oaks. My father is 5 days into his move into this amazing place. He’s didn’t want it. But his safety and the love his family has for him, required it. And we hit it out of the park with Heritage Oaks. I’d give 1000 stars if I could.
