SERENITY EMPIRE AT MARIETTA

We’ve toured the facility and spoken with staff, and so far, we are extremely impressed. They hit all the right notes for my aunt’s care, and everyone was very nice. Right now, they are very high on the list.

The facility (building) presents itself as new construction. The interior looked new and fresh. I was impressed by the cleanliness and bright appearance. I had a hard time trying to get information because the front desk was unattended. I walked around and finally got one of the employees to give me the info I needed. I would definitely consider this facility for me or my wife to be a patient.

I pride myself in being extremely picky and particular and Serenity Empire took a while to find. My mom was able to receive 2 months of care and it was perfect for my 94-year-old mom after losing her independence. Jennifer assessed her and made every effort to accommodate her special requests. Jennifer‘s ability to relate to the family’s pain and hurt was touching. My mom’s room was bright and cozy. Backyard of this facility was gorgeous, peaceful and serene. For those of you seeking to find a perfect place for your loved one, know you are not alone. It is extremely difficult in finding a right fit, but Serenity Empire worked for us and we could not have picked a better place. I would also like to extend my warm and heartfelt thanks to all of those individuals that helped my mom feel loved at this facility.

If I could rate less than 1, I would. Serenity Empire almost killed my family member. I do not recommend this facility for many, many reasons! Unsanitary conditions, lack of care from the staff and also staff isnt properly trained to care for the patients. Just to name a few!
