The "sales phase" at this facility is very different from the reality of dealing with their administration. After an assessment increased our quote by $2,000/month, we had to decline. What followed was a three-month battle to recover our $1,500 deposit. Shannon Mays, who was initially very kind, became rude and dishonest once we were no longer prospective "customers." Executive Director Sharon Smith was also unreachable, ignoring all emails and calls. It’s deeply concerning that it took a certified letter and a threat of reporting them to get a simple refund processed. Proceed with caution.

The Timberly is non- responsive to family and unwilling to follow their own policies. Shannon and Sharon have refused to refund my father's deposit for over 6 months and now they refuse to return calls of talk to me. They should not have any stars!

Wonderful staff exceptional building and area and a huge plus is the Head Chef Catrina and her team is outstanding very delicious and eye catching facility
