My mom recently passed away after almost 5 years of care here. I took care of her long distance, which adds, in my opinion, more of a burden. I have been very fortunate to hv found a community who care for their residents....thus alleviating a lot of stress for me. Even the funeral home representative mentioned that the love and concern she saw at Heritage Point wasn't what she sees often. Shout out to all who helped Mom....Lynn, Kim, Heather, Jaqueese, Shana, Christine, Leanna and Leslie.

Our Dad was there for almost 4 years. We never doubted that he was taken care of or cared for properly. They were his family and treated him as such. They are trained on proper ways of handling a person with dementia and that shows. Thanks to all the staff for their compassion in their care for our Dad.

Started out 7 months ago really well. Place has gone down hill ever since. Lost too many warm hearted employees & my mother is NOT getting the care I signed up for. I asked them to pay a nurse/companion to care for my mom until they get fully staffed & they refused! I am looking for a new place for her but struggle with how my mom will feel making the move. I am beyond disappointed. T

I am very, very disappointed in Heritage Point and especially their corporate office. They were very prompt in returning any messages, even after hours, when I had questions prior to my wife’s admittance as a resident. However, after her death at the facility all questions for clarification of the Residency Agreement that I had signed are referred to the corporate office. Over a period of thirty days ten voice mail messages to three different individuals in the corporate office have not been returned. Roger Garmendia, Executive Director of Heritage Point who I visited personally sent a text to Gui Gage, Vice-President of Operations on my behalf and it too went unanswered. Roger provided another phone number for Mr. Gage and that message too, was not returned.

My father received outstanding care while a resident. The facility is well maintained and designed well with multiple small dining areas, a courtyard, and living areas with different floor plans available. The staff is beyond excellent. Very caring and professional men and women that treated us like family. Highly recommend.
