HERITAGE POINTE ASSISTED LIVING

A beautiful community, gorgeous inner courtyard and a loving and caring staff. You can certainly tell they care for their residents immensely with all the special events and activities they plan.

My Grandparents have been living here for 6 months now. The courtyard is beautiful, the food is great, and the staff is exceptional. My Grandfather recently passed and they really went the extra mile to help and support us in everyway possible. He could be a difficult resident, and the care team handled him very well. We are keeping Grama here even though she doesn't need a care plan quite yet; she's made good friends and loves the available activities! Thank you to Marlowe, Paul, and the entire care team: you guys are doing a fantastic job!

I toured the facility and brought my mother to tour. I was so impressed with everyone I met from the ladies at the desk, to the staff we passed , the dinning room staff and Kristina the sales specialist. I was treated with such kindness during my search for a assissted living facility for my mother. Many residents stopped to talk to us and made us feel so welcoming. My mother did not pick this facility but it was the place I would have chosen. I cant explain how kind everyone was. I appreciate the time this facility gave me and returned my phone calls promptly . It was such a positive expierience.

I'm updating this review from several months ago. My mother was at Heritage Pointe from May through November when she passed away. She was there 6 months almost to the day. I am so impressed with the care and the facility. This has been a terrible time with COVID and they have done EXCEPTIONAL in the way they have protected our loved ones. My mom commented many times on the measures they were taking and how safe she felt. The communication from the administration was also frequent and complete. I can not say enough good things about Heritage Pointe. They made a very difficult 6 months as good as it could be. As I was gathering her belongings and found multiple things the staff had given her to celebrate times us as family couldn't due to COVID. I am forever grateful for this amazing facility. We needed to find a place for mom after acute and skilled rehab. From the minute we stepped into Heritage Pointe, we had a sense of caring and peace. We made the choice for her to come here and couldn’t be happier. Sadly this all happened during COVID, so we couldn’t even help get her settled. Tracy and the team assured us she would be treated like their own mom and would help her. They did then and continue to do so now. We couldn’t be happier than we are with every single person at Heritage Pointe. The hardest thing we’ve ever had to do is leave the most important person to us in someone else’s hands and not be able to see her. But over and over they have proven mom is in the best place with the best care. Thank you EVERYONE at Heritage Pointe for all you do.

We have had a very positive experience with Heritage Pointe. From the very beginning when we were looking at different places for our loved one, Tracy at Heritage Pointe responded immediately and answered our many , many over the course of a few months. We did ultimately decide that Heritage Pointe Memory care was the right place for our famiy member, and are so glad we chose them. All the staff has been fantastic to communicate with, and we feel our loved one is being taken care of in a safe place by caring people. Can't say enough good things about Heritage Pointe and its staff!
