Heritage Ridge is truly warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is kind, attentive and genuinely care about their residents.

Recently moved a relative into this facility and the family has been very satisfied with the level of care their loved one is receiving. Staff has been amazing to work with, several levels of care to chose from making this facility a virtual "One Stop Shop" from "Independent living, all the way to" Memory Support " for those in need. Many activities are available to participate in from Movie nights, Bus trips, Musical entertainment also. Several room configurations to chose, from Studio apts to two bedrooms some with balconys available. If you're looking for arrangements like this for yourself or a loved one, be sure to inquire and arrange for a tour to see for yourself.

Delight was so wonderful doing a tour with us and answering questions. Everyone at Heritage Ridge is so friendly and helpful. The facility was very impressive with its cleanliness, decor, activities for residents, personal attention, and overall care. We strongly recommend Heritage Ridge for assisted and independent living.

Such an amazing facility and staff! My mom has been there for a year and she couldn’t have found a better place. Heritage just had a family day for their residents’ families. Donuts and coffee in the am and then providing lunch, entertainment and a sundae bar. It was a great time and enjoyed by all who attended. During a recent power outage, lasting overnight, the entire staff made sure all were fed, comfortable and needs were met. I rest comfortable knowing mom is in good hands.

I would not recommend this place to any loved one again. Moved her in Sept. into assisted living. Was told they have memory ward if needed. She went down hill fast, would not move her to memory ward. Test came back she ha Dementia and Alzheimers. Every day it was negative progress notes, Nurse's did not know how to deal with her. Food was not good at all what I saw. Kept charging more money with out telling us. And didn't get more help. I got the bill and charged $95 to take meals up to her when she was sick and covid. I'd think twice!
