Really special facility! The staff is great and the facility makes you feel happier every time you go there. The location is a perfect fit for seniors - it’s quiet, safe, and the scenery of Preston’s beautiful mountains and fields for the residents to enjoy are really worth it. 🏔️ I would highly recommend placing a loved one in Heritage senior living.

We have been searching for a home for my mom for years. I put my mom's name in at Heritage Senior Living, only took about 8 months and they called and said they had a room for her. She needs memory Care. This place is amazing. They got us in quickly and have taken care of Mom very well. The staff is sweet and attentive. Mom really likes it. She has her own room and got to bring in her own furniture. Which helped with the transition a lot. January 26th 2024. Updating my review. My mom has been here in the memory care unit now for 6 weeks. I love this place. I have had lunch here 4 times now and the meals are amazing! Mom loves that she is never alone. If she feels lonely she just walks out of her room and visits her new friends. The staff are so sweet, helpful and caring so much so that my mom wants to write the management a thank you note. I try to visit her everyday but when can't I don't worry about her at all. You can't go wrong using this facility.

Our mother was a resident at Heritage for just over 4 years including the difficult COVID 19 period. During that time, the staff at Heritage was kind and careful to protect mother’s health and very understanding of how difficult the isolation was for her. We were always confident that she was being cared for compassionately and appreciated the activities, outings and overall kindness she received. We are very grateful to all the management, caregivers, cooks, cleaning crew, laundry personnel and friendships she had with them as well as the other residence she enjoyed.

Heritage Senior Living and it's administrator Jordan and staff have been amazing to work with. We are not related to the resident we admitted on May 20, 2021 but he is a dear friend who does not have any local relatives that can help him with his care. He had severely declined over the last few months before he would agree to go to Heritage Senior Living. He never married and has lived alone all of his adult life. He had become very unkept and very unclean. Jordan greeted us the morning of his admittance and took him directly to the shower to clean him himself, which we thought was very compassionate! We are grateful that he is kept clean, feed and watched over. He has also enjoyed the ability to have his friends come to visit in a nice place as they could not visit in his house. He seems to have made friends with the staff and other residents. Many thanks, Corrie I have worked in the financing of nursing home mergers and acquisitions for 30+ years and have inspected 100's of nursing homes in the U.S. and Europe. I can state with confidence that Heritage Senior Living center is one of the finest facilities that I have seen. Heritage Senior Living stands out for it's quality of the facility, it's cleanliness, it's administrative staff and especially the kind, caring and compassionate caregivers! Our Dear Mother spent several years at this facility. She really Loved and appreciated the staff. The current owners have done an excellent job at renovating the facility. Our Mother now has a higher level of service required for her daily care, we were required to move her to a different facility. Carla and her staff were very accommodating, Mom felt secure with them as her aids. Thank you to all involved in caring for our Beautiful Mother.
