Heritage Place is a super clean, beautiful facility. Their staff is extremely friendly, professional, and caring, and they offer so many services and fun activities for their residents. I highly recommend!

Our Pure Platinum Motorcycle Club had the pleasure of being invited to an event at Heritage Place Assisted Living, and it was an absolute blast! The seniors were so warm and welcoming — we truly enjoyed spending time with them. The food was excellent, and the management team was fantastic, making sure every detail was perfect. Heritage Place truly knows how to create a fun, friendly, and memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

I recently toured Heritage Place Senior Living in Fayetteville while exploring options for my mother in Ohio. During my visit, I met with Brittney from the Business Office, Eric, the Executive Director, and Regina, the Marketing Director. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I had many questions, and they were patient and thorough in their responses. All three were easy to talk to and a pleasure to be around. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions about operations, services, and community programs. When the time comes, I will choose Heritage Place for my mother.

I recently was seeking a senior living facility for my 93 y/o mother. It concerned me greatly because of all the horror stories people were telling me. I finally settled on Heritage Place in Fayetteville, NC, and I'm so happy that I did. Every one of the staff I have been in contact with have gone out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. The room my mother is in is very spacious, clean and personable. It has been decorated with furniture and items from her previous home which makes it feel more like "hers." Regina, one of the administrators, has been extremely accommodating and helpful during my mothers move and first weeks of her stay. If you don't reach her directly by phone or text, she returns calls and texts promptly when able. Kiki, the young lady that met my mother when she arrived at Heritage Place, made my mother feel completely at ease and welcome to her new home. If you are seeking a facility for a loved one or relative, definitely include Heritage Place as one of the places you search.

I've receive the same warm, friendly greeting each time I visit. The staff is pleasant, kind, and accommodating. It's obvious they care very much about their residents. The community is well maintained and clean. When I visit, I enjoy pausing on the bridge, peacefully looking out over the creek.
