Heritage Village Assisted Living and Memory Care

My mom has been at Heritage for almost 2 years. The staff are incredible and they care about the residents. Every time I walk in at least 2 people stop me to give me an update on my mom before I enter her room. My mom is not an easy person and the staff have always treated her with such dignity and care. My mom is much happier as a result. My mom is not a very social person but the activities always look so fun and creative. I’ve always been impressed with how hard the staff works to get people out of their rooms and joining activities. There are also a lot of great beautiful spaces when visiting that I can bring my mom to get her out of her room, provide a change of scenery and offer a nice quiet place for us to visit. I can’t say enough great things about the caring staff, facilities and cleanliness.

My parents have lived at Heritage Village for over 2 years. While the entire staff there are kind and wonderful, the Activities Staff are truly exceptional. Every day, they bring such tremendous energy, care, and creativity to everything they do. They don't just plan activities, they create experiences that make residents feel engaged, valued and connected. They take time to learn their residents' interests and abilities, ensuring everyone feels connected. From themed events and holiday celebrations to daily exercise classes and art workshops, there is always something exciting happening. Adina, Carla, Allena and Tiki are incredible women whose enthusiasm is contagious, brining joy not only to the residents but visiting families as well. They are truly gifts to us all.

Heritage Village Assisted Living Activities Department is amazing. They keep a very fun and exciting schedule for us residents and truly put love and heart in everything they do. Adina, Carla, Allena and Tika are amazing women who tirelessly give of themselves to keep us all entertained and smiling. The assortment of activities they offer go above and beyond anything I've seen in other communities. They are here on weekends and holidays and seem to never go home. I often wonder if they sleep here. I appreciate them immensely am so thankful to have them here to help me maintain a good quality of life. They put a smile on my face every day I see them.

Heritage Village Assisted Living and Memory Care offers a wonderful environment for seniors, fostering a socially engaging and educationally empowering community. I’ve had the privilege of leading some in-service presentations and participating in gatherings with like-minded senior care professionals, and it’s always been a positive experience. I highly recommend it as a great place for any senior looking for a supportive and enriching community.

A modern community with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere! Lunch was great and the residents we sat with were very pleased with the choice they made. We saw a few apartments and we will be back to tour with my mom soon! We cannot wait to spend more time with her! We are very confident that she will receive the care that she needs once she moves in!
